  • Undergarments
  • Intimate items

Pre-Order Policy

Many of our items are offered as PRE-ORDER.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your item is not ready to ship immediately
  • Production and processing times apply before shipment
  • Shipping timelines begin after your order has been fulfilled

Pre-orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or disputed due to wait times.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
