Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after shipment
(Delivery times begin AFTER your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.)
You will receive tracking via email once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow 24–48 hours for updates.
SRVDOLL is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Return & Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on:
